*Compruebe cuáles serían los espacios de escape en caso de siniestros, fundamentalmente por fuego. Que el acceso a la terraza esté libre de impedimentos y los pozos de aire y luz, como los patios de primer piso y/o planta baja se encuentren libres para su uso, en caso necesario.
*Controlar instalaciones eléctricas, conocer en qué condiciones están los cables, conectores y poseer un disyuntor eléctrico que le anuncie las pérdidas de electricidad en el circuito. Para esto contrate a un electricista matriculado, que lo va a asesorar convenientemente.
*Los balcones, balcones terrazas deben estar libres de elementos (no se deben dejar allí bicicletas, juegos de chicos, parrillas y todo elemento ajeno al lugar), tampoco se debe colgar ropa y las macetas con plantas deberían se pocas y no pesadas.
*Es conveniente que la terraza del edificio se encuentre siempre cerrada – por razones de seguridad – y que se habiliten horarios para el tendido de ropa. Salvo casos especiales – como habilitación del lugar por haber piletas de baño o quinchos parrillas – las terrazas NO son solares ni lugares de reunión.
*Respete las horas de descanso, tanto con ruidos molestos como por mudanzas y cambio de muebles en su unidad. No ocasiones molestias que a Usted no le gusta que le produzca.

При звонке провайдеру после дозвона начинается соединение, во время соединения модем когбудто виснет и начинает выдовать один и тотже сигнал в течение определённого времени, а потом выдаёт ошибку 678.
